Weekly Discussion Questions  

  • Verses 1 and 2 depict the establishment of a new ruler to gather and guide troops. Who are they getting ready to fight?

  • In verse 2 states that this new ruler was from ancient days. What does that meaning and where is he sent from?

  • In verses 3 through 5 how is this ruler depicted in activity?

  • Who or what are the 7 shepherds and 8 princely men?

  • Discuss the picture of victory described and how is it achieved?
