Weekly Discussion Questions  

  • In verse 1 the prophet indicates evil deeds will be done in morning instead of night. Discuss why not in darkness rather than in light of day?

  • Who is intended to be the target of the disaster in verse 3 and why?

  • What does it mean that there will be “ none to cast a line…”?

  • Describe the wrongs depicted that Judah has performed against God in this chapter.

  • Does the author provide any future hope to the people and what is it?
